I noticed HTML dog site had some error messages around permissions. Looks like they updated some files and forgot to set the permissions:)
Hopefully, they will be corrected soon. PS. Any HTML tutorial site will get you up to speed so you don't lose any ground. Just be sure you do both basic and intermediate tags.
